RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your item/s, we will refund or exchange any item in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. We will credit refunds to you via the original method of payment.
For sale items purchased in store you can return them within 7 days of purchase, with a valid receipt, for an exchange only. Items purchased in £10 promotional events are non-refundable and will receive store credit only.
Please also note that items must be returned ‘as new’ i.e. unworn and with all of the labels, and tickets intact. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that you have worn, washed, or have tags removed.
We advise that you send your item back via a signed service for which you are responsible for the cost. If you choose not to ship via a signed for tracked service, we cannot be held accountable for any lost items.
If you have received a faulty item, or we have sent you the wrong item, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Items bought online can be returned to our store for a refund with proof of purchase. Please note the refund will credit via the same way as payment. Please allow up to 3 days for a refund to show back in your account.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
